Research Quality Assurance Collaboration

Coordinated by National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and ISSN–Indonesia Center

In accordance with the national research governance framework, higher education institutions are obligated to implement robust research quality assurance mechanisms. These systems support research integrity, scientific merit, and the continuous enhancement of scholarly publication standards. Institutions are responsible for upholding editorial coherence, enforcing research ethics, and ensuring transparency throughout peer-review processes.

Effective collaboration between the foundation’s management and the editorial team is a key requirement to ensure compliance, sustainability, and academic credibility. All stakeholders are advised to institutionalize quality assurance mechanisms within editorial workflows and publication policies, guided by BRIN Regulation Number 1 of 2021.

This formal note affirms our shared commitment to academic excellence and ethical research publication.
