ANALISIS KECURANGAN PEMILU DAN UPAYA ALTERNATIFNYA STUDI KASUS DI BANGUNTAPAN

Terjadinya kecurangan, ketidakadilan, dan ketidakjujuran dalam validasi data pemilu oleh Tim Pemilu dan Panitia di desa hingga Ibu kota. Hal ini terjadi di mana-mana, disebabkan karena di antara Timu kubu yang satu dengan yang lainnya saling mencari popularitas dan bersaing ketat. Oleh karenanya Peneliti ingin meneliti, menelusuri terjadinya kecurangan pemilu 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan kecurangan pemilu, dan data valid pemilu khususnya peneliti di daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta di daerah Wirokerten, Banguntapan Bantul. Seting penelitian ini bertempat di Daerah Wirokerten Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari, kepala desa, Tim panitia pemilu, calon pemilih, mantan pemilih 2019, dan masyarakat setempat. Pemilihan subyek penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kejujuran dan keabsahan data. Artinya peneliti sudah menanyakan langsung, bertemu langsung kepada informan atau subyek penelitian. Subyek penelitian dilakukan dengan perspektif jenis kelamin, dan karakter informan. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, jenis penelitian studi kasus, yakni kasus pemilu 2019 dan pemilu 2024 yang akan datang. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara langsung, dan observasi langsung ke tempat lokasi. “termasuk peneliti juga penduduk dan masyarakat setempat yang bertempat di Mutihan, Wirokerten Banguntapan, Bantul Yogyakarta”. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengarah kepada teori terdahulu yakni di canangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman (reduksi, display, dan verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kecurangan dan ketidakjelasan perhitungan pemilu 2019, karena kurangnya informasi dan Komunikasi dari pihak Tim Pemilu hingga di ranah desa seperti kepala desa dan pak lurah. Kurang pengawasan dan tidak menggunakan IT/ aplikasi yang berhubungan dengan perhitungan suara pemilu. Berdasarkan data informasi terdapat 4-5 kotak suara ada yang belum tersampaikan, adanya ketidaksanggupan tim pemilu atau izin karena sakit Ketika acara pemilu. 80% terdapat beberapa masalah di DIY bahwa adanya percekcokan pemilu. Oleh karenanya peneliti merespons dengan baik alternatif yang diberikan oleh peneliti sebagai protiype strategi pemilu 2024 yang valid, kredibel dan transparan.

Authors who publish with Senarai: Journal of Islamic Heritage and Civilization Issues agree to the following terms:
- Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
