Letter of Acceptance Verification

Verification Instructions

If you receive a Letter of Acceptance with a questionable barcode, QR code, letter number, signature, payment request, or document content, verify the document through the following procedure:

1. Locate the letter number stated on the document.
2. Enter the complete letter number into the verification field below.
3. Submit the verification request and review the result.
4. Compare the displayed information with the document received.

VALID: The document is authentic only if the system displays a valid status and the recorded information matches the received document.

INVALID OR NOT FOUND: If the document is not found, is declared invalid, or contains information that does not match the verification record, the document must be regarded as invalid and potentially fraudulent.

Important: A barcode or QR code alone does not establish the authenticity of a document. A document is authentic only when its letter number is registered as valid and all displayed information corresponds with the document received.
