Senarai: Journal of Islamic Heritage and Civilization is pleased to announce the Call for Papers for two upcoming issues to be published in 2026. The journal invites original, high-quality, and unpublished manuscripts from scholars, researchers, and practitioners whose works critically engage with Islamic heritage, civilization, and related interdisciplinary studies.

Submissions for Volume 2, Number 3 (May 2026) are open until the first week of April 2026, while submissions for Volume 2, Number 4 (August 2026) will be accepted until the first week of July 2026.

All authors are required to carefully read and strictly comply with the journal’s Author Guidelines prior to submission. Adherence to publication ethics, including originality, proper citation practices, and academic integrity, is mandatory throughout the submission and review process. Authors are also expected to demonstrate full awareness and responsibility in fulfilling the Article Processing Charge (APC), which must be settled in accordance with the official invoice issued after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

In addition to inviting authors, Senarai warmly invites Editors and Reviewers of the journal to take advantage of a special publication privilege. As a form of academic appreciation, each Editor and Reviewer is entitled to one year of free publication, allowing them to publish their own manuscript in Senarai without APC charges during the applicable period, provided that all editorial, ethical, and peer-review standards are fully observed.

Manuscripts that do not conform to the journal’s scope, formatting standards, ethical principles, or administrative requirements will not be considered for peer review. Through this Call for Papers, Senarai reaffirms its commitment to fostering rigorous, ethical, and globally relevant scholarship in the study of Islamic heritage and civilization.
