Implementation of a Unified Open Access License

2025-08-21

The editorial board is pleased to announce an important update regarding the journal’s copyright and access policy. Previously, several issues and articles were published under varying license terms. In order to strengthen our commitment to openness and consistency, the journal has officially adopted the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) License as the single licensing framework for all published and future issues.

This decision applies retroactively, which means that publications previously distributed under different licenses are now reassigned and governed by the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. By unifying our licensing policy, we aim to:

  • Guarantee that past and future publications are equally accessible to the global community.

  • Eliminate potential confusion arising from the use of multiple license schemes in earlier issues.

  • Encourage ethical and responsible knowledge sharing, where content can be used, adapted, and redistributed for non-commercial purposes, with proper attribution and under the same license.

The adoption of a single open-access license reflects our editorial vision to ensure transparency, academic integrity, and inclusivity in scholarly communication. We believe that this transition will significantly enhance the visibility, usability, and long-term impact of the research published in our journal.
