Adjustment of Article Processing Charges (APC)
Dear Authors and Researchers,
We would like to inform all contributors that, effective retroactively from 1 November 2025, our journal has revised its Article Processing Charges (APC) to better reflect the financial demands of academic publishing and the varied nature of author contributions.
Under the updated APC framework, a single author affiliated with an Indonesian institution will be charged 2,500,000 IDR, while two or more authors from Indonesian institutions will be charged 1,500,000 IDR. For Indonesian authors collaborating with international co-authors, the APC is set at 150 USD. Individual authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia will incur a charge of 300 USD, while collaborations among international authors will be charged 250 USD. Additionally, authors receiving institutional or external sponsorship will be charged 300 USD, regardless of whether they are domestic or international.
We understand that changes in APC may require adjustments on the part of authors. Therefore, a 10-day retention period from the announcement is provided for authors to complete any pending payments under the previous APC rates. Authors unable to finalize payment within this period will be subject to the new APC rates.
This adjustment is made to ensure the sustainability, fairness, and quality of our journal, supporting a professional and rigorous academic publishing process. We sincerely appreciate you're understanding and continued support as we implement this policy, which safeguards the long-term viability and integrity of our publication.
Please note that assistance and discounts remain available in accordance with our existing policies. Authors are encouraged to review the full details on the APC page to determine eligibility and apply for any applicable support.
Sincerely,
Editorial Team
